The music portion of Middle of the Map Fest is this weekend in Westport, Thursday-Saturday. There are 100+ bands scheduled to play and 3 day passes are only $45 (that's less than 45 cents a band!). Single day tickets are also available. For tickets and more details visit Middle of the Map Fest

You can sample music by the bands, read band bios, see where and when bands are playing and create your own schedule of who you want to see. It is supposed to be nice out this weekend so get out and support our local music scene!

Big Kansas City is a two-and-a-half-day shared conference experience. Four hundred of the nation's most heartfelt hustlers, builders, entrepreneurs, change agents and doers will come together to hear stories of innovation from more than a dozen leading speakers, create lasting connections within the regional and national community and walk away with an energy to follow their passions.

Tonight at 8pm is the closing party for this event (open to the public) presented by Polsinelli Shughart at 2000 Grand.
